With over 30 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, she took full ownership of Cookies Hair Design in 2022 following her father’s retirement. She holds NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications in both Hairdressing and Customer Service, and has achieved advanced accreditation as a Master Colour Expert through Wella Professionals.
Her commitment to ongoing development is reflected in her extensive participation in industry seminars and her success in national-level competitions
